If you want your area to be considered for an evaluation, we encourage you to contact your regional tourism agency, your municipality, or your Ministry of Tourism. You can ask them to contact us directly to include your area in our evaluation zones.
No, the certification is issued for accommodations that meet the minimum requirements for compliance, safety, and environment, but also for accommodations that meet a certain minimum level of quality.
If you want to ensure that you prepare your accommodation before certification, we recommend using the service OptiChalet or OptiCondo which will provide you with all the recommendations to meet the certification requirements.
Not necessarily, most evaluations do not require an on-site visit; if needed, we offer a service of certified inspectors who can go to your accommodation to conduct the inspection for you.
In the report that will be sent to you after the evaluation, we will indicate the elements that you will need to correct or improve.

No, in order to display the Lodixa label, your accommodation must be certified. The Lodixa brand is protected, and any use outside of the certification contract may result in legal action.
